Explanation of the rules of the roulette game process

Roulette wheel: big, small series, zero game and orfellin the roulette game dealer is always called the croupier because of the French origin of the game. The croupier will turn the wheel and allow the ball to spin in the opposite direction to the rim of the wheel. This is the moment when you can bet. The betting options are described below. Bets are possible until the dealer calls "rien ne va plus" (nothing more) to indicate that bets can no longer be made. Now you have to wait and see which cell the ball will roll or bounce into, as well as whether you won or not.

Roulette wheel

Lets start by explaining the roulette wheel. The wheel looks from the top as shown on the right. The European roulette wheel consists of 37 squares. With American roulette it consists of 38 squares because there is also a '00' square. As you can see, the boxes are alternately red and black, with 1 green border next to "0". With European roulette, the order of the boxes is always the same.

Roulette betting options

You can bet anywhere. When you bet on a number or series of numbers, it's called an " inside bet." All bets outside a number with numbers such as red / black or columns are called "outside bets". Below is a table with possible bets, with their payouts and opportunities. Most bets are quite logical and easy to understand. In some online casinos you can also make special bets. This is zero game, big and little series, orphelins and neighbor game. Below is an explanation for the game.

Below we have already collected for you an overview of the odds and payouts for various bets. In other pictures you can find the corresponding letters.

Small series

A small series is also often called "tiers". This is from the French, where a small series is called "tiers of cylinders". Translated it's 1/3 of a wheel, logical because you play with 12 songs. You play with the numbers at the bottom of the wheel, from 27 to 33. In this game you have to bet 6 tokens. The payout of all chips is divided, so you get an 18x bet.

Orphelins

The Orphelins game is played on two parts of the wheel shown in the figure. Orphelins means "orphans" in French, and the game is so named, probably because it is divided into 2. But perhaps also because there is so little play in the casino. Or is it so little played for a name. Either way, you play a total of 8 numbers and you have to bet 5 tokens to play. You play with 1 "normal" chip at number 1, the remaining chips are used as "split" in places 6/9, 14/17, 17/20 and 31/34. Consequently, the number 17 is also paid as a "regular" number.

Large series

This game is called "voisins du zero" in French, or neighbors 0. The large series consists of almost half a wheel and is located at the top. You have to pay 9 tokens to play this game. Payouts vary depending on the number of cases, because a double bet is made on a combination of 0-2-3 and 25-29. If 0, 2 or 3 is drawn, you get 24 chips back (2 times more than on the street, plus 2 chips that are used again).

Zero roulette game

The game 0 is played with 4 tokens and 7 numbers on and around 0, as you probably already realized. The "simple" token is used on 26, and the remaining tokens are used as "split".
Neighbors - The Game
Different bets are possible in the next game. Usually you bet 5 tokens and play with 1 number, 2 numbers on the left and 2 on the right. All tokens are used as "simple". It is also possible to play with 1 neighbor or 3 neighbors. Then the stakes become 3 and 7 fish, respectively.

Final-Game

In real casinos you can also bet, for example, on the final-4. Then you bet on 4, 14, 24 and 34; all numbers ending in 4. This option is not possible in an online casino, or you naturally have to bet manually. The final 0-6 will cost you 4 chips, and the Final 7-9 will cost 3 chips.
