Card ordering

Part of poker is understanding the ranking of hands.

Game progress

The so-called dealer button indicates who is this game's dealer; this marker is shifted one place at a time. Bets start with the small blind and the big blind. It's betting. players have to stay away from it by making the big blind. Then all bets in the usual manner. If you play online, the exchange itself is done for you, but even then the dealer button is displayed on the table.

Blind

Before we actually start playing, the first player to the left of the dealer is required to make a blind bet on a predetermined amount (the small blind), after which the player to the left of this small blind, in turn, puts the big blind, which in most cases is twice as high as the small blind. The height depends on the limit played. With online poker, everything happens automatically.

First round of trading

The player to the left of the big blind starts first. He has three options: call, raise or fold. With a call, the player bets the same amount as the big blind, and with a raise, that poker player bets an additional amount. With Fold, this round is over for him, you no longer play the pot, but it also doesnt cost him a bet. An additional option is a re-raise, an additional raise after the raise.

Again three options:

1. Fold. Your cards are too bad to play. You throw them away. (Macken)
2. Call. You agree to the big blind bet and bet the same number of chips.
3. Rise. You increase the bet and therefore invest more than the big blind.

The flop and the 2nd round of betting

There are 3 cards on the table that are visible to everyone. These three cards form a flop, and each player uses them to make a five-card combination from their cards. In addition to Call, Raise, or ReRaise you can also check. You can continue to play for free until the next turn. If a bet has been placed for you, you can request this amount or increase it (Increase).

The turn and the 3rd round of betting

After the second round of betting, the next card is dealt face up. It's a turn card. This card is in addition to the players ' cards that make up a five-card poker combination. Players can check, bet, call, raise, and of course fold again.

The river and the last round of trade

After the third round of betting, the fifth and final community card is dealt face up. It's a map of the river. Now comes the last round of trading. This precedes the autopsy. This is the moment when everyone else in the game has to open the cards. The winner is the one with the highest card, he gets the pot. With equal cards, the deal is dealt.

Split sweat

When there are two identical winning combinations, it is a split pot. If the pot cant be split exactly, and there is a chip left, it will go to the player who made the last bet or raise. If this is also not determined, the chip is sent to the player to the left of the dealer.
